All week every one has been all up in a fit because Naomi Smalls eliminated Manila Luzon and sure enough when the next episode airs, we all learn that either way, Manila was going to go home.

Since the legalization of “Cannabis in Canada”, without fail the media coverage has been all over the place; often, I think, leaving people more in a cloud of smoke (confused) than they were before they even started reading.
This past week the National Post released an article with the following headline;

Of course with the word SPERM in the title, this piggy (it’s the Year of the Pig so expect a lot of those this year) could not resist taking a look.

Of course my sperm count really isn’t important to me; I have ZERO interest in making babies. (Wait, I kind of liked trying with that handsome day-trader last fall). What does interest me is that we are now seeing science coming forward admitting;
[But] who knows — it may turn out that marijuana is actually positive for sperm production, and we’ve been getting the answer wrong

Just in the past few months the amount of pathetic dribble that has been flying around about POT and how dangerous it is and how society is going to degrade and the pits of hell will open up is getting tiring. Ya’ll sound like a bunch of idiots. Just think about that as you’re getting in your car after having a few with the team from the office…and you are heading home!
You can read the paper “Marijuana smoking and markers oftesticular function among men from a fertility centre” and here is a link to a British study in 2014.

Earlier today Squirt.org told their members that new changes are coming to meet the approach of MSM (men who have sex with men) towards safer sex.

Men are having different discussions in 2019. We started having different conversations a while ago. I remember first learning about Squirt.org when I was a “wee-gay” and one thing that for sure has not changed has been the Safer Sex practice descriptions.
Don’t forget the hot hook-ups…those are still happening..
Totally not the person writing this article 😉
Up until this change, to the best of my knowledge, the options available to you were;
Which, from my experiences, NEVER 100% truly explained what an individuals practices were and I bet so many men didn’t hook up because of wrong perceptions.
Now the options and their intended meaning are;
This raises so many questions in my mind about where this leads us.
Will this open more doors of communication? Will MSM start having discussions with each other or find ways to better educate themselves?
Is this a step in the right direction in finding partners that align with your “groove” or is it a way to perpetuate stigma?
Thoughts?

I was working at one of the major retailers that sold music when Delerium became popular, Semantic Spaces, with a more mainstream audience. I was a fan of Delerium’s older stuff which was darker, more industrial.
I actually had a “hook-up” ask me to turn it off once because it spooked him out and he was waiting for something to jump out from under the bed.
The vocals for Delerium, much like Dead Can Dance, are often deep, powerful, soothing and often emotional.
I think this song would make the best INTRO song on a playlist. Imagine putting this on, pouring yourself a whiskey, lighting some incense then picking out what you are going to wear to WOW the masses that evening when you hit the town!
Then slowly build the playlist up to wear you are wiggling your butt in the shower just like you were on the dance floor, but wait until you are drying off first!

Quick question.
What do you hate to do the most at the gym but that produces the best results for you?
Scrolling through any social media you can always find some dudes that are complaining about “leg day” or “cardio” or that the juice bar didn’t cut the crusts off the PBJ sandwich before putting it into the smoothie. [We joke]
But, seriously, what do you hate to do the most but gives you the results you love the most. This can be anything. Tangible or not.

We all have it. It is the LARGEST organ we have as humans and it deserves to be taken care of just like the rest of our bodies. Maybe even more so; since SKIN has such a big part to play in our lives.
Quickly, I am going to just give you the basics, then over time we will expand on that but this information I would go so far to say are the “pillars” of good skin care.
1. Drink water and drink lots of it.
2. Don’t be afraid to sweat.
3. Cleanse.
4. Polish.
5. Shave.
6. Protect.
Science has come a long way in skin care; giving us amazing tools to help keep our skin looking healthy plus keep it strong so our skin can protect us. That doesn’t mean you HAVE to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars to have good skin.
In all the years that I have worked in Skin Care, in one way-shape-form-or-another, and continue to take care of my skin, the principles have always remained the same and my skin has been doing a great job.
Water. Sweat. Cleanse. Polish. Shave. Protect.
