    I picked these specific USB keys, out of all the ones that I looked at, because it was pointed out that they were in the local warehouse.

     

    Which, if the wind is blowing right, is spitting distance from the Canada Post warehouse.

     

    I keep hope that one day, I actually get the 2 day prime delivery service, I pay for.

     

    HOT TAKE: I am pretty sure I am not going to be getting these; I have already ordered a cheaper replacement with more storage space.

    It is also not lost on me; the irony of trying to keep the carbon foot print in check, by ordering a product that was housed locally and that product is now in Massachusetts.

    You will be relieved to know that pool maintenance has been completed. Thank you so much for all your messages of support during that difficult time.

     

    No notice, of course, that the maintenance was completed. I bravely went up to check, amidst the elevator maintenance.

     

    Whilst maintenance continues maybe I could take my IKEA folding chair, my phone with an extra power pack, maybe a sammich, water bottle and make the journey into an adventure; see how long I end up waiting for an elevator.

    Please be advised that the swimming pool and sauna will be temporarily closed on Tuesday, October 18th, 2022 for maintenance reasons.

     

    We will work diligently to ensure the pool and sauna are restored to full operation in a timely manner.

     

    We would like to thank you in advance for your patience and understanding in regard to this matter and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

     

    First; how long is temporarily? Secondly; the pool just opened up again. What needs to be fixed that wasn’t taken care of properly during the 2 years it was shut down during the pandemic?

     

    Hasn’t “thank you in advance” become “cringe”? (I think they were trying to be cute and funny; I am still not sure if I am laughing or not. Yet.)

    Anyhoo – I am telling you that because, in this email, Betty & Ethel were telling me that they had an idea on how they could help me with my computer calamity. A while back, Ethel, in her classic “almost-but-not-quite” brilliance, jumped on the “just four fans” bandwagon. Yup. 4. Fans. Literally. As you can see for yourself, in the photos right here.

    Well, we love Ethel. We love humour and we think, if you can not mix some humour with some sexuality, then we are in a sadder state of affairs than we thought.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_column_text][adning id=”6178″][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]So here is what Betty & Ethel did. They brought their classic “Just 4 Fans” t-shirt back out of the archives, but they added a little something extra with the curved hem. Which when you wear with shorts or jeans when out with friends at a back yard bbq – will look ever so cute!

    However, what Betty & Ethel also had in mind, especially for the boys that like to wear the speedos and little trunks whilst at the pool parties, or the campgrounds and resorts. Just in case ‘the management’ requires you to put a t-shirt on to be served at the bar or to hit the buffet line; then here is the perfect little t-shirt to wear that will just catch and hug on your curves right where one might want to draw an admirers attention.
