Take an immediate left when you leave the lifts down from your apartment and use the backdoor to the lobby – that way you end up directly across from the Skyway Platform to August Dunlow Spaceport.
I kept going out the front lobby door because a) the bartenders at Ellroy’s are hot and b) was the only way I knew.
