Anvil Aerospace is coming up and I am excited to look into the following; Carrack & Hurricane. Definitely intrigued by the; Hawk, Terrapin, Valkyrie. Without question the Crucible and Liberator are of extreme interest for myself and The Syndicate’s resources in The Stanton System.

1. Invictus Launch Week: The Mercury Star Runner presents itself as a clever and unique upgrade option from my initial plans for a Drake Interplanetary Cutlass. Its multitasking capabilities have piqued my interest.
2. System-Hopping: I embarked on a journey from Orison to Loreville, Area18, and New Babbage, pushing the limits of the ship’s QT drive. Despite the secured states, all systems responded well. However, physics in atmosphere pose a new challenge.
3. Quantum Travel Interdiction: While en route to Lorville, an unexpected interdiction disrupted our quantum travel, pulling us into a debris field. Forced to abandon ship, we called for LEM SYN RES-Q assistance.
4. Atmospheric Manoeuvrability: The Mercury Star Runner impresses with its graceful handling during atmospheric entry and exit. However, its agility in combat within the atmosphere falls short of expectations. Exo-atmospheric flight, on the other hand, showcases remarkable speed and ease of takeoff and landing.
5. Unexpected Interdiction: The interdiction incident proved to be a significant inconvenience. Additionally, the lack of hygiene compartments onboard raises concerns about long-duration journeys.
6. Limited Time for Testing: Due to the abbreviated test flight duration of less than 48 hours, not all ship systems could be thoroughly evaluated. However, the inadequate lighting for Carpet visibility during landing and takeoff stands out as an area for improvement.
7. Exploratory Nature: This test flight was approached with curiosity and the intention to gather valuable insights. However, the limited time available left me yearning for a more comprehensive evaluation of the Mercury Star Runner’s capabilities.
8. Future Considerations: Opportunities like this play a crucial role in shaping decisions regarding fleet expansion and enhancing overall capabilities. Considering another test flight at the end of Invictus Week, coinciding with Defensecon for Drake, holds great intrigue.
