Some of the folx in my building have entered themselves in a singing contest. It seems to be based on an centuries old tradition from Earth; “Barber Shop Quartets”.
At first, I was not sure I understand everything quite right, because when I tried to clarify my comprehension of “quar” being the pre-fix associated with the number “4” – I was intelligently informed that I was correct but also reminded of not only the importance but prudence in having an alternate.
They are not wrong.
Now, I am still not sure I understand the standing on the bench part. Maybe, they look cool?
